Meat Plates come with 1/3 lb of meat with one meat plates and 1/4lb of meat with 2 meat or more and 1/4lb side of your choice. Included is plates, silverware, serving utensils, pickles, onions, toasted buns and bbq sauce.
Need chafing dishes? $10 for 1 rack and sterno fuel.
Most pick up or drop off catering orders end up running about $12 to $20 a person depending upon the meats and sides you select. Of course we would be happy to provide a detailed quote.

Advanced Notice // We need 24-48 hours advanced notice on most orders. But feel free to reach out and see if you can makle it work for you. We cook in small batches and it ensures we can have everything cooked and ready for your catering needs.
