We only serve what we love to eat; and we love to eat real food made from the best ingredients. Oh, and we love our smoker (which is why our meat tastes so good;)
Our devotion to real food means our salads start with crisp romaine instead of bland iceberg. Our ranch dressing is made fresh daily. Our buns and rolls come from a local bakery and have enough umph to stand up to our deluxe sandwiches. No spongey fake bread around here.
Enjoy our selection of barbecue sauces and never openly admit you haven't swooned over our to-die-for Mac & Cheese (yeah...it's THAT good).

We've been told when the aroma of our deliciously smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, or turkey breast starts wafting through the hallways, employees go to their happy place.
We also cater weddings, graduations, game days, anniversary and birthday parties, and other special events. You name it, and we will get you taken care of. Need a POP-UP for a special event? Give us a call and we can get your details.
Most pick up or drop off catering orders end up running about $12 to $16 a person depending upon the meats and sides you select. Of course we would be happy to provide a detailed quote, but to give you a ballpark idea here are some prices:

When serving sandwiches, plan on 1/4 Pound per adult, when serving BBQ meat as the entree plan on 1/3 Pound to 1/2 Pound per adult.
