Meat Plates come with 1/3 lb of meat with one meat plates and 1/4lb of meat with 2 & 3 meat plates and 1/4lb sides of your choice. Includes plates, silverware, serving utensils, pickles, onions and bbq sauce. If choosing all brisket to 2 & 3 meat plates, add $4 per person
Need chafing dishes? $10 for 1 rack and sterno fuel.

Most pick up or drop off catering orders end up running about $15 to $20 a person depending upon the meats and sides you select. Of course we would be happy to provide a detailed quote.
